Automatic update fail

    Hi!
    I try to Automatic update (WP 2.8.4 -> 2.8.5), but the upgrade failed. I get not error message, only message “download wordpress-2.8.5”.
    Then I look into /wp-content/tmp/ mapp, I find the zipfile wordpress-2.8.5, but it is empty.
    I have add this lines into wp-config file
    define(‘WP_TEMP_DIR’, ABSPATH . ‘wp-content/tmp’);
    define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’);
    But still Automatic update does not work.
    (Is PHP Safe Mode Off a requirement?)
