Text Replacement plugin

    I’m looking for a text replacement plugin that will replace tags in pages/postings/widgets/etc, e.g.

    [url] with the domain or
    [name] with the name of the website.

    Ideally one that also allows you to define custom tags.
    Anyone know of one?
