Test Result failures

Hi,
I’ve followed the wizard to set up Post SMTP with Google Suite. I have everything set according to instructions, and matching another website that I also use (except for the URL addresses and Client ID etc – they’re different of course).
I can see in my email log that my website thinks that the emails have been sent, BUT nothing is arriving in my email inboxes.
I have a screen result of the ‘Test Results’ (but can’t attach it). It looks like some of the ports are blocked, but I don’t know how to fix that.
