unable to send html mail

    Hello everyone and thank you for your work. I am discovering the functionality of your plugin and I have tried the function that allows users to update themselves with the same email address, however I only receive emails (on gmail) as plain text, with html tags without being interpreted. I receive other html emails from other senders, so it’s not my client’s problem. Is there any “send plain text / send html” option to set? I have searched everywhere but cannot find it, both in the plugin and in the Mailchimp dashboard. Thanks for your attention

    Hey @mitch84,

    Where are you inputing html for your emails? Is this happening in the Easy Forms plugin or on Mailchimps website? Also, could you post a screenshot of your setup so I can get a better idea of how to reproduce your issues.

    the problem was due to the plugin, I bypassed the function and solved it with mailchimp, thanks anyway
