[Plugin: SidePosts Widget] Results from wpsearchmu appear in sidepost widget

Your plugin is just what one of my customers need, but there seems to be a problem:
Search results from wpSearchMu show up in the SidePosts widget as well as in the middle of the page where we want them to appear.
I need to know how to prevent the search results from appearing as posts in the SidePost widget then, just need them in the main part of the page.
Those search results are even from pages, and posts in different categories than the SidePost widget is set up to show.
