Hide blank raw just under the menu

Hi,
in my website ( shorturl.at/egktz ) there is a white raw just under the menu

I think that i have to hide it by using the hide section of the settings, but i can’t find the correct class/id

I try to open a ticket as the instruction says but i get no reply

Can you help me?
