How do I extend my sidebar?

    I am running WordPress thesis with a Typogrid skin.
    Here is my garden blog…

    The problem I have is that my lime-green side-bar stops half way down the blog…I naturally want it to go to the bottom of the post. My question is how do I extend it with the same color?

    One additional question…How do I change the background colors of the boxes and the text color of my (and other peoples) “reply” comments? Currently my reply to comments text is inside a blue box and other peoples reply text in housed in a light grey box…I need something more subtle!
