Add zeros before the number

    Hi,
    I’d like a next order number like this: 0001, but when I set it, it changes to 1.
    Some time ago it was possible, but not at the moment.
    Can you give me some advice?

    Hi @majjka,

    I have tried to replicate your issue on our staging site, but I am unable to replicate it. To me, when I set the next order number to 0001, the number does not change and the order was placed successfully. Here is the screenshot for your reference: https://prnt.sc/raqlim

    So, to troubleshoot the issue, can you please share the screenshot of the plugin settings which you have kept so that we can try to replicate the issue by keeping the same settings.

    Hi @majjka,

    I think you have missed sharing the settings which are there above the Order Number Width setting. So, it would be great if you can share the screenshot of the same.

    But I think the problem will be in the setting Order number width. I only have a free version, so I can’t set this option. Is that right?

    Hi @majjka,

    Thank you for the screenshot.

    Can you please try by adding the Order number custom prefix as 000 and check whether it meets your requirement or not.

    Also, yes, the Order Number Width option is available only in the Pro version of the plugin.

    Hi, I have added zeros to the Order number custom prefix and it works, but it will be a problem with the 10th order, as I only need two zeros there and if I change it then the numbers of those previous orders will change as well. Would it be possible to manually edit these orders later? Thank you.

    I got your point.

    Yes, it is possible to manually edit the custom order numbers. But, for this, you will need the Pro version of the plugin. Here is the screenshot for your reference: https://prnt.sc/rdlt9c
