Hi, I have been using email subscribers & newsletters for years and have now gone Pro. However after installing the email subscribers premium starter zip file ‘Go Pro’ is still displayed under the Email Subscribers in the left-hand panel. Also despite having my member Audience Lists when I create a ‘Broadcast’ in indicates that there are no subscribers.

Thank you for contacting us.

You will have to activate the Pro plugin.

After uploading the zip file, you will see the Email Subscriber Pro version just like any other plugin as shown in this screenshot – https://drive.google.com/file/d/19t2f58jY2orHq9xkl8V2KVrCvn0phsMH/view?usp=drivesdk.

The free plugin will automatically deactivate when you activate the Pro plugin.
