Plugin that moves widgets as you scroll down page

I am curious if there is a plugin that exists that recognizes the bottom of the last widget, and proceeds to scroll the bottom of the widgets as the user scrolls down the page. Does anyone know of a plugin of this nature that exists? If so, please point me to it. I’m having trouble describing what I need in the Plugin search bar (either that or it doesn’t exist)
