Hi!
Im using duplicator for migrate my site.
there was such a problem, on the second site when I enter the database parameters, it does not connect to it.
I checked all the passwords several times, tried other databases, called the hosting service, nothing helped

Please have your host try the “Basic Troubleshooting” section at the bottom of the FAQ and have them let you know what they find.
