Shortcode not working on page

    I am using a plugin called Brands, and when I past the shortcode into the HTML block on a page it just outputs it as a string in the view.

    This is my shortcode

    [brand_products brand=”all-stove-brands” per_page=”12″ columns=”4″ image=”true”]

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Actually, although the shortcode doesnt come out as a string anymore, it doesnt seem to be allowing the plugin via the shortcode to work.

    This is my shortcode:

    [brands_list brand_slug=”wood-stove-brand-1″ use_image=”1″ use_name=”1″]

    You’ll need to contact the plugin’s support about this. Themes have no bearing on whether or not shortcodes work.
