Can Access Website. Cant Access Wp-Admin

Hi,

I was recently working in the admin section on some posts and then suddenly I could no longer get any pages of the admin section. I tried to log in again and get this error.

I can access my site http://hithedhiker.com but when I go to http://hitchedhiker.com/wp-admin/ I get the network error.

I had upgraded to the latest WP version about a week ago with no problems.
