Opt in form actions after submit issue?

I’ve created an opt in form with Elementor, and I’m trying to get it all set up with my Mailchimp account.

My Mailchimp API key is set in the integrations settings.

I’ve added Mailchimp in the actions after submit.

After that I should be able to choose my list, but instead it just says audience and that field never finishes loading, so I can’t set the list.

Any idea why that field won’t load?
