In fact, i am not able to replicate the issue you mentioned last day i.e. UTF yes or NO related.
Will appreciate if you can either send me an video or screen recording or can explain a bit more on this.
Can you please go to the support section of the plugin and drop me logins of your website so i can see the issue on your website?
