Hello @laclairette
I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
So you stated that you identified that the issue was caused by W3 Total Cache? Can you please share how you identified that?
If you have disabled W3 Total Cache and deleted the cache folder then no cached pages should be served.
Please let us know how you confirmed that this is a W3 Total Cache issue?
Thank you!

Hello @laclairette
Just to confirm, was the issue there before or after you installed W3 Total Cache?
And are you also saying that when you completely remove W3 Total Cache along with the mentioned files in your wp-content and including the cache folder, the issues with the “loading of the visual” is still there?
Thank you
The initial issue was the images not showing…
that s what made me look at my wordpress
THen i saw the w3 plugin had an issue
w3 total cache was already installed
i confirm the issue was still there after removing cache folder and w3 total cache
THanks
Hello @laclairette
Thank you for the information.
w3 Total Cache error: Files and directories could not be automatically created to complete the installation.
Please execute commands manually
or use FTP form to allow w3 Total cache make it automatically…
This means that W3 Total Cache was not able to perform any caching or write any rules due to the file/folder permissions.
This being said the issue is not related to W3 Total Cache especially since you have completely disabled W3 Total Cache and the issue is still there.
As the permissions were the issue you should check the rest of your folders permissions.
Please reach out to your host for further assistance.
Thank you!
so the issue might come from my host?
any specific file i should check?…
Hello @laclairette
Here is the screenshot when I inspect the source of your page.
As you can see the image is broken and therefore not loading.
YOu should doublecheck those images.
Thanks!
THanks for your answer
but i do think it s connected to the Cache
I cleared the browsing data
1 st screen
and then 2 nd screen it s when reload , the page images dissapear

all images are in the media library so what could it be?
Hello @laclairette

Thanks!
