Live Traffic Not Working

    I have no ‘Live Traffic’ view. It was there, now it isn’t.

    I’ve tried deactivating all plugins, and changing the theme to a default WordPress one. but no change.

    The weird thing is, if I reload the Live Traffic page I can very briefly see the Live Traffic interface (i.e. it flashes on the screen), but then it vanishes again.

    Everything is switched on that should be on to see Live Traffic, and I don’t have an Ad blocker on either.

    Any ideas please?

    Do you see any errors in the browser console?

    Are you able to try completely resetting Wordfence?

    Hello, I see the following:

    JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1

    DevTools failed to parse SourceMap: chrome-extension://cfhdojbkjhnklbpkdaibdccddilifddb/include.preload.js.map

    DevTools failed to parse SourceMap: chrome-extension://cfhdojbkjhnklbpkdaibdccddilifddb/include.postload.js.map

    I’ve already tried resetting and no change.

    Hey @tig1960,

    Can you please check this in a different browser with all browser extensions disabled?

    No, it’s the same in Firefox, although the Live Traffic bit flashes up briefly and then disappears.

    The funny thing is though, I can see Live Traffic working fine in other sites – same browser.

    Hi @tig1960,

    We’ve had other plugins conflict with the Live Traffic before. Can you try these debugging steps?

    1. Open Live Traffic
    2. Open the developer’s console (F12)
    3. While on the Console tab, refresh your site
    4. Report any console errors, then switch to the Network tab and report any errors in that tab

    Please also provide a list of active plugins on your site, this will really help pinpoint which plugin is causing the Live Traffic to flicker / disappear.

    Just the same error as yesterday:-
