    Hi there,

I’ve noticed recently that my forms are not working correctly on mobile devices, i looked into it and followed cf7 guidelines about it.

The problem it shows in mobile devices are error messages with orange borders. I saw that indicates that forms are marked as a spam, i downloaded Flamingo plugin, and confirmed it.

” Registro de spam: El token de respuesta de reCAPTCHA está vacío. ”

Thats the message Flamingo plugin gives me, equal to the “Spam log: reCAPTCHA response token is empty.”

I deleted API Keys from reCaptcha v3, and configured it again from zero. Still not working.

I have currently reCaptcha v3 disabled, and works great, but i would need to fix this so i can cover from real spam in the future.

By the way, like i said, with reCaptcha v3 active, forms on desktop are working fine, is just on mobile where is happening.

I have wordpress updated, all plugins updated, and the website has XStore theme active.

I saw some people on support forums with similar or same problems, and most of them got it fixed all of the sudden, like if it was a temp problem with google reCaptcha or something, but i didn’t find any real fix or explanation about the problem, so if you can help me with this would be great.

    Thank you, cheers.

Where can we see the website?

    Here, https://mixologistacademy.com/testv3/

I prepared you a test form and enabled v3 again so you can see the error, like i said before on desktop works fine, i used chromes inspector to simulate a mobile device viewport ands works fine too. The problem is just when you try to send the form from a real mobile device.

Hope you can see more than I.

    Thank you again.

Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins excluding Flamingo and Yoast SEO.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    Hi there, i did this.

The conflict was with plugin Async JavaScript.
The settings were with JavaScript Async on, and “defer”.
To be honest i have no idea what does that means or does, but ive been told that improved my pagespeed score and loading page times, etc.

Anyway, i deactivated that plugin, and the forms seems to be working fine.
If you have any idea how was that conflicting with cf7 forms on mobile and theres a fix to get both running that would be awesome.

    Thank you.
