The quickest way to solve this issue would be deleting the affected products and adding them to your store anew, but if too many products are affected, we can also check if there is anything we could do from our end.

Hello, Thankyou for your response last time I checked out of the 31 products using the Printful personalisation plugin all except 2 or 3 are showing the Error Message. What I will do from here is try your suggestion about deleting all those products and then adding them anew to our Website again…. and then start running test checks on them to see if the plugin is working correctly. I will get back to you ASAP I gather we live in different time zones so it may take 12 to 24 hours for me to get back to you on how things are working out.

Hey Guys The problem is fixed, I think… I deleted all the Products in the Mens Catargory as a test Batch, then reintroduced the products back into the Store in the Mens Catergory, and I began testing and found the Problem was resolved, everything worked fine, I am now going through all 30 odd products in the store doing the same.
Anyhow Just thought I had better let you know that deleting the products that where not functioning properly then re intoducing them worked out good.

If you’re referring to the fix for the issue you encountered, we won’t be mailing out an update, since this is a relatively rare and minor issue, but we are looking into limiting it’s occurrence and a fix is already on the way.
As long as you are not seeing the same issue currently, everything should be good!
I have now finished replacing every product in store, and 24 hours later I did a Random test check of a product from each Catagory and everything is fine and work properly
