COULDN’T UN-ZIP

I PAID $40 FOR THE CHILDCARE website From AsiaTHEMEs AND AFTER DOWNLOADING THE ZIP FILE, OCT 2019. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SEE/USE TEMPLATE. I’ve skyped and emailed several times. I’ve been informed that I need to do other steps to unlock zip file BUT have NOT been successful after several times. I am frustrated and wish that I had known that a zip file was going to be a problem. I have requested REFUND several times BUT am ALWAYS referred to “how to download/un-zip file….this doesn’t help me because I’ve attempted to un-zip several times on my own!
