Support Needed

Hi there,

I’ve send you a ticket two days ago and did not get a response. I also send the ticket to auke [AT] wpmarketingrobot.com (from this topic: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/support-needed-3/ ) because it did happen before that I did not get a response on a ticket that was send in with your form.

I did not get a ticket number.

I can understand you cannot always solve tickets within a day but could you at least let me know if you received it?

I’m having issues while saving custom optional attributes and like to set up my feed soon.

I currently have two licenses and probably more coming up.
