Install step 1-2

    iOkej I´ve got wordpress 2.8.4 and have uploaded all 726 files, that is in the zip.file, with Filezile and opened “my_domain”/wp-admin/install.php.

    The page opened and i wrote in my blog name and my e-mail and pressed install WordPress. After the browser had tried to load for awhile it stopped and i got the message “Internet Explorer cannot read this webpage format”

    I tried again with the same result. the 3rd time I use mozilla then I did´t even get to part 1 i only got “Web Server: Too many connections!”..

    4th time, again in explorer, i got “Internet Explorer cannot read this webpage format” directly, without part 1.

    help, pls.

    Who is your web host? Perhaps someone here will have had some experience with using them?

    all u need to do is :

    open wp-config-sample.php

    step1:define(‘DB_NAME’, ‘putyourdbnamehere’);——very importent
    step2:define(‘DB_USER’, ‘usernamehere’);
    step3:define(‘DB_PASSWORD’, ‘yourpasswordhere’);

    then change the name “wp-config-sample.php”into “wp-config.php”
