Horizontal Scrolling

Generally my tables work okay except when viewed on a mobile.

Although I’ve activated horizontal scrolling, the tables (regardless of column width and number of columns) are confined to the width of my mobile phone screen. For wide tables this messes up the formatting of the other content on that page.

If I disable the table, my page formatting is okay. I want to retain my page formatting but make my tables horizontally scrollable. How do I do this?
