Static Front Page – No Images

I replaced the front page with a static page easily enough. But I can’t get the static page to recognize the graphics or styles.css in the /images folder.

If I go directly to the url of the page location – http://www.successfulcomputerconsulting.com/wp-content/themes/ICCU_Blue2/squeeze.php

the page loads fine.

But not when I access it as the front page.
