Roll down on click

Hello.

On my wordpress I have a page with food recepies. However I don´t want my visitors to roll down forever my page to find everything I have posted.

I would like to introduce a index on the page start and when the visitor clicks on it, the page automatically rolls down to the clicked recepie (like most FAQs on sites)

Is there a way to do this?
