Can you provide a link to the website in question? We don’t use any URL like that for the Constant Contact Forms WordPress plugin, but it’s possible that it’s maybe coming from something else on the page. Perhaps a forgotten attempt with the embed code that constantcontact.com provides with their admin UI?

The constant contact form is near the footer here is the code from the page src

<!-- Begin Constant Contact Active Forms -->
    <script> var _ctct_m = "REDACTED"; </script>
    <script id="signupScript" src="http://static.ctctcdn.com/js/signup-form-widget/current/signup-form-widget.min.js" async="async" defer="defer"></script>
<!-- End Constant Contact Active Forms -->

This is near the bottom of the page src.

    thanks,

Can you check if there’s any Avada modules that are Constant Contact based for whatever is controlling the homepage, and possibly your footer.php file for your copy Avada to see if there’s something like this spot pasted in manually? It’s position in the output has me wondering if it was added by someone else.

Is there anywhere in particular I should look? All the custom code fields in the Avada settings do not contain that code. As well I have checked some of the Avada files and cannot seem to find it either.

That is the plugin we are using. And the shortcode in the footer widget is:

    [ctct form="14317" show_title="false"]

Like mentioned previously, the footer.php file would be where I start first. We don’t reference any script like that with the plugin, so it has to be coming from something/somewhere else.

If you’re willing to let us into the website admin directly, we’re willing to do some scanning ourselves. We’ll have you reach out privately away from the forum if you’re willing for that much.

Yes please. We’ve had some turnover in the people who have designed/implemented it. So that would be helpful and I can get you setup with access.

Issue proved to be a custom embed via a “Custom CSS & JS” plugin used to help add extra output.
