Cannot get emails to send?

Hello EM team,
The plugin is great and is doing everything I need it to! There’s just one exception. I can’t seem to get emails to send, and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’ve searched the past support forums and have tried:
- Making sure that there’s an email address in all relevant fields in the email settings
- Trying several different “mail sending methods” (WP Mail and PHP Mail Function, and SMTP). Clicking “test email settings” either results in a positive message (e.g. a test email has been sent successfully) but no email ever arrives, or I get a notice of a server error.
- Installing WP Mail SMTP — this seems to work, I do get emails through that plugin
- Disabling HTML emails in case that was the issue
Despite all this I can get neither test emails nor emails through the booking system to send. I’m not sure what else to try, and any help would be super appreciated.
