Ads outside the Sidebar

Almost certainly – though you may have to edit other files including your theme’s stylesheet to create the effect that you want.

To place an ad to the right of your vertical sidebar would probably need a complete theme re-design. Currently there is no room on the right side.

Same as the right. It would need a major theme redesign.

Redesign it so that it’s a 3 column theme instead of a 2 column.
