Hi jthomasama,
thanks for reaching out.
Are you using a rotating ad group and is your site cached? The latter would explain that you don’t see a random image each time you reload the page. Our Cache Busting feature in Advanced Ads Pro makes dynamic ads work on cached sites.
Btw., I was not able to access your site. There seems to be some malicious code on it that redirects me to another page. I thought you might want to know that.
Best regards,
Thomas
My apologies. The URL is https://americanmotorcyclist.com/
Yes we are using Rotating ad group. And the Website is using W3 Cache.
What would be the parameters I should use for cache busting?

Thanks for the help!
Also its a image ad only for the rotators
Hi jthomasama,
thanks for your feedback.
I found an ad in the bottom of the right sidebar. Is that the one you are referring to?
Technically, it does indeed not show any sign of a rotation. Are you using the “Rotate” option for the group?
If so and ads don’t have any conditions that limit the group to show only one ad at all, then the JavaScript errors on your site might be able to cause an issue with the rotation. I cannot say where they come from but you can learn here how to diagnose JavaScript errors in your browser.
Thanks,
Thomas
Hi @jthomasama,
I hope you are well.
Did you see my last reply or find a solution already?
Best regards,
Thomas
