Exclude Auto Generated Post

I am using Seamless Donations, which uses post types to post donor and donation information. Currently, if I do a search, those results show up in my search results. I would like to stop that from happening. I was hoping Search Exclude plugin would do the trick, but I’m not so sure it can now. The /donate and /donations posts are automatically generated and do not have an actual place to check off to exclude. Can this plugin do that? Is there a way to tag those posts?
