“FORGOT PASSWORD?” refused by Cerber
-
Apparently I’m hacked. I can’t login, reset password, or communicate in anyway with Cerber — since Tuesday 11th. My email address for retrieval of reset code is rejected each time with big yellow hand, saying:
“WE’RE SORRY. YOU’RE NOT ALLOWED TO PROCEED. Your request looks suspiciously similar to automated requests from spam posting software or it has been denied by a security policy configured by the website administrator. If you believe you should be able to perform this request, please let us know.”
BUT HOW CAN I LET THEM KNOW, if I can’t reset? (I’ve tried resting the attempts for a day, but no luck.)
