Queries line missing with wp super cache output

I have two wordpress sites. Both have wp super cache installed.

With one I get a line that says queries, x.XXX seconds

With the other site, this is missings.

So it looks like this.

Site A

<!– queries. 0.362 seconds. –><!– Dynamic page generated in 0.356 seconds. –><!– Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache on 2009-10-12 16:28:39 –><!– super cache –>

Site B

<!– Dynamic page generated in 0.906 seconds. –><!– Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache on 2009-10-12 15:54:39 –><!– super cache –>

I tried completely uninstalling super cache and then re-installing it on Site B, but it still does the same thing.

Any ideas?
