  • Hi @localseoltd, after investigation, JS duplicated page /accessibility-statement/ contain a JS file is identical with / page but with the different file name:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.localseo.ltd/wp-content/uploads/fusion-scripts/a75e672c6ba5e92c75278c212d46e73a.min.js?ver=2.1.2"></script>
    &
    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.localseo.ltd/wp-content/uploads/fusion-scripts/f4ad0e7e6a2c0db45812cccd1ceb9c74.min.js?ver=2.1.2"></script>

As our combined script’s name is defined by the original file name, please make that two file as the same name to use the same combine JS file.

    Hi Stanley,
Many thanks again for your reply.
    I contacted Avada support, and now I’m perplexed, as this was their answer;

    ================================================================
    Hello John

Thanks for getting in touch with us. My name is Abbas and I’ll be your assigned support rep.

Avada doesn’t create or add files in the /min/ directory. This’ll be from your cache or optimisation plugin(s). I’d recommend contacting their support about this.

    Thank you
    ================================================================

So based on their reply Stanley, it is Litespeed cache that is creating this duplicate file.

Is there a way over this please?
This isn’t right, litespeed creating a file with duplicate content?
    https://www.localseo.ltd/min/ab628.js
    https://www.localseo.ltd/min/627e4.js
    I attach 2 images,
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/o36pbkzxbh1zem9/checkbot.png?dl=0
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/afwm45443pst0s9/gt.png?dl=0
Also this file is being picked up in GTMetrix

    Many thanks
Hope you can help me out here.
If you are saying Stanley it is coming originally from the theme, what do I need to ask Avada so they understand its from their end the issue?
As they are saying it’s generated by Litespeed so it’s a litespeed issue.

    Really hope you can advise.
    Yours sincerely

    Hi,

Stan’s code shows that same JS is being laoded twice

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.localseo.ltd/wp-content/uploads/fusion-scripts/a75e672c6ba5e92c75278c212d46e73a.min.js?ver=2.1.2"></script>

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.localseo.ltd/wp-content/uploads/fusion-scripts/f4ad0e7e6a2c0db45812cccd1ceb9c74.min.js?ver=2.1.2"></script>

but I just checked again on that page , I don’t see that duplicated loaded.

I checked with dev tool and GTMetrix, but I don’t see duplicated JS.

May I know how can I trigger this ?

    Best regards,

    Hi there qtwrk!
Many thanks for your quick reply, I really appreciate it alot.

Yes, regarding the 2 js files.
In my most recent (last) reply I mentioned these 2,
    https://www.localseo.ltd/min/ab628.js
    https://www.localseo.ltd/min/627e4.js

As I had purged the cache and so the file names had changed.
The 2 image links should of reflected this, sorry for the confusion on my part.

    I also use this chrome extension called checkbot;
    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/checkbot-seo-web-speed-se/dagohlmlhagincbfilmkadjgmdnkjinl?hl=en

It’s free, and if you do run it on https://www.localseo.ltd it will complete in less than 1 minute.
Then just view the ‘speed’ tab on the left hand menu, (currently showing 71% out of 100%,, and view the ‘Avoid duplicate resources’

The reason I purged all the cache as there was a mayor update literally days ago to Avada theme, and I thought MAYBE it might sort this issue out.
    It didn’t ;-(

Many thanks again qtark for getting back to me on this.
I really how you can solve this issues as Avada seem to think it’s a cache issue.

    Yours sincerely

    Hi qtwrk!
I think you just needed to scroll down a bit more, it was under ‘Speed Tab’ but a bit lower than your screen shot.
1 min video showing what I have
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/1g3gkfoib2x6eyv/duplicate.mp4?dl=0

Hope you can see it after this,, or I’m confused! LOL
    Many thanks again qtwrk

    Hi,

Because the page itself is duplicating the resouces.

now if you check this link

    https://www.localseo.ltd/accessibility-statement/?LSCWP_CTRL=before_optm

    and

    https://www.localseo.ltd/seo-services/?LSCWP_CTRL=before_optm

notice the “/?LSCWP_CTRL=before_optm” query , this will bypass LSCWP , so you are viewing the pages without LSCWP

you wills see , from statement page

    <script type="8fad71b4f9ba2612c97e17d8-text/javascript" src='https://www.localseo.ltd/wp-content/uploads/fusion-scripts/1451bdb5cf5474390d45241a572f15ce.min.js?ver=2.2.0'></script>

    and from seo-service page

    <script type="3d1eafb49f192f70c24d7375-text/javascript" src='https://www.localseo.ltd/wp-content/uploads/fusion-scripts/0ec27f9dbcdca4ee60a74c492ccb807d.min.js?ver=2.2.0'></script>

these 2 JS files are identical , that’s why you see duplicated warning.

And actually , if you disable LSCWP at all , and then re-check , you will see the same warning as well.

Which is Stanley wants to explain in the first place , but probably he didn’t express it clearly.

    Best regards,

Many thanks for your reply qtwrk,
    Interesting.
And of course thanks to Stanley

I’ll contact support again, and forward this forum link and your reply onto Avada support.

I don’t think when I contacted avada support I articulated the problem clearly.
But from what you have written,
They can surely see there is an issue on this page with the fusion builder creating a duplicate file.

Let’s hope they can sort something out here as this shouldn’t be happening.

Many thanks again to you all.
    I’ll contact Avada support now.
    Yours sincerely
    A very grateful
