How can I add the photo with the fancy post category and author info like on here

Simply go to Customizer -> Single Posts -> Page Title and select the Type 2.
After this select the background type to be Featured Image or Custom.
That’s it 🙂

How do I get it to display that box on the main blog page like in the demo

@paigelynn9693 you have to activate the blog title from Customizer -> Blog Posts -> Blog Title
