Help: my logo doesn’t show up

look at exothermicrobotics.org
you see the logo: the words ‘exothermic robotics’ in a fiery text for a second or so,then it disappears into a grey box.
I am using the theme mystique.
how can I fix this?
the logo is a jpeg picture.
