Currently, there are no options available for customizing the redirection URL of login/register page, but we’ve noted down it and will add the option for it in upcoming updates.
I write in this same post a small error that has the complement, in the author page.

The icon of the profiles of the authors is blurred because is 32 x 32 and is scaled to 118 x 118.
To solve it you could upload on you server to an image of gravatar and replace the “src” links in an update.
We’ve fixed it in latest version, please update your current version to latest one to get the fix.
