Hello @slham16,
Please rest assured we will get to the bottom of this asap.
Can you please let me know what what hosting do you have?
Can you please check your server’s error files for this: TimThumb Debug line?
And also what PHP version do you have installed?
Thank you,
Mihaela
Hello Mihaela,
Thank you so much for your reply! 🙂
The website is hosted with Hostgator.
I have checked my server’s error files and under the heading “Last 300 Error Log messages in reverse order:” nothing is being displayed. Not sure if this is what you mean or not?
The version of PHP is 5.4.
Hope this helps!
Could you please reach out to them and ask to update your PHP version?
WordPress recommends having a newer version: https://wordpress.org/support/article/requirements/
Please let me know if updating the PHP version solves this issue. Thank you!
Warmly,
Mihaela

Hi Mihaela,
Thanks for getting back to me.
They have upgraded the PHP to 5.6 which is what the plugin says it requires.
I am still getting the same issue with certain tiles being missing, if you do a page refresh it clears this and everything loads, but that’s obviously not ideal.
I am not sure if upgraded to PHP 7 will cause issues with some other plugins I am using.
Hello @slham16,
Thank you for giving this a try and letting me know.
We have investigated this but not sure what could be causing it on your end as it is very weird behavior.
We have opened a ticket regarding it so our developers can investigate this further and address it in a future update.
You can follow it here for updates: https://github.com/MachoThemes/gallery-photoblocks/issues/13
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!
Much love,
Mihaela
