• When I blow away the sample blogs and I click on the blog page on my desktop, I get a link that allows me to put in a blog entry, but that doesn’t happen when I do it from a mobile device, why is that? Can’t mobile users blog? I have “minimum role = Contributor” set but I don’t actually know if that’s having the effect I want, for whatever reason there isn’t a registration screen there EITHER, and maybe the role doesn’t get elevated to Contributor until they’ve actually registered, but I don’t know how to make that happen either, when I tried installing the User Registration plugin it “stole” my main WP login page and the “improved” page wouldn’t let me in as admin!! (And I don’t even see a login form around anymore either)

    Hi Jeff,

Thank you for reaching out. Mobile visitors should also be able to access your admin page. Using a child theme in WPtouch we can add a link to login and add a new post. However, changes like this are recommended to be done in a child theme. At this time, child themes in WPtouch are only supported in the Pro version.

You can try the Pro version for free to see if it’s right for you. If it doesn’t work out, or if we can’t resolve any issues you may experience, we will process a refund in full within 14 days of purchase.
