Naming Pages

This is my last question, sorry I had to separate my questions so they don’t blend together causing confusion.

Click on tutorials. look at the url. it now says jaftek.com/?page_id=56
I would like to change “?page_id=56” to “Tutorials” hopefully from within wordpress so in case I ever want to edit that page name, everything will still work smoothly. any good plug ins or other suggestions?
