Make the wohle website smaller.

    Hi everyone,
    my question is how can i make my wohle website smaller?
    I know there used to be a possibility in html where you can adjust in % loading of the website.
    Is there also a similar posibility in wordpress, maybe somewhere at the Theme Editor?
    I want to make the website 30% smaller the whay you make it with “strg” + “-”
    I use the AVADA Theme.
