Adsense Leaderboard under Home button

    In the fusion theme there are two buttons “Home” and “About” at the Upper-Left. How can I add adsense leaderboard unit underneath it?

    Also please tell me where to add the code if I wish to show ads at the very top of page i.e above weblog title.

    I am using advertising manager plugin, but it gives the option to show advertisement in the posts and sidebar only.

    No body know about the matter?
    I know that file(s) will have to be modified in the editor, but I don’t know which file is to modify, and where to add the code.
