HTML in Registration Form

    Hey,

    Im wondering if its possible to put some HTML code in the registration page so that it can run some javascript. Can someone please tell me where to put the HTML in the file needed.
    This is the html code I need in the registration page:

    <script type="text/javascript" src"lock.js">
