Galleries Not Showing on IOS

    Hello!

    I am having an issue with the galleries showing on my iPhone (works great on computer).

    I have it set up using an album with 4 galleries. The 4 galleries show up, but when I click it on my iPhone it doesn’t display anything – in any of the galleries. Again, it works very well on my computer. I even entered the shortcode in the mobile editor for that page.

    I’m kind of baffled – any advice?

    Same on my Android, also a friends Android device.

    There is a script problem in plugin.. You have a message if you wait a while.. After some minutes site is loaded, but..

    Hope its going be solved soon.

    Thank you so much for sharing this information with us.
    We were able to check the site on an android device, and the galleries or plugins are not visible.

    Let’s check if it is an existing conflict:
    – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
    – Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
    – If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.
