Social Sharing Menu Bar

The social media sharing bar is not appearing on the bottom of my pages. This site is all PAGES and no POSTS. Is that a limitation or do I need to enable something?

DESIGN > PAGE > SOCLIAL ICONS was off, like it is on my other sites (i.e. http://www.PartisanIssues.com), but I enabled it and found no change. I also tried STICKY SOCIAL ICONS.
The only difference I can think of is http://www.Commodore.ca is all PAGES where as all my other sites are 98% POSTS.
I just tested my theory on an one of the few posts https://www.commodore.ca/2013/05/revisions-to-come/ and found that the social bar does appear on it.
Do you have any suggestions how I can get the social bar on PAGES?

We checked your issue. On your website (https://www.commodore.ca/commodore-arcade/amp/) two social icons are working. One is coming from Social Media Feather plugin and other is
AMP sticky social icons.
