Fonts not working

    Hi, I tried setting up the Fontsampler plugin and I uploaded 2 fonts (ttf and woff) and they don’t work. However, when I upload another font that I downloaded for testing purposes, it works.
    There are no error messages in the console. My 2 fonts just don’t “apply” to the text in the input field.
    Is there a way to fix this?

    Also, the 2 fonts that I uploaded and are not working, are applied in the “Preview” column in the Fontsets & Files so it looks like that just don’t work on the actual page where I need them to work.

    Hey,

    I suspect this might be an issue with the meta information in the font itself. Can you confirm your font has set correct font name, style and weight values (in the font file itself).

    The preview in the admin area uses a more quick approach to rendering the preview, so this might be further indication that the fontsampler frontend, which relies in part on extracted font meta data, has problems because of that.

    Please reopen an issue if the above approach does not fix the rendering issue.
