We tried the free version of the plugin to see if it might be something for us. It was not, the plugin might be great for some, but was wrong type.

How ever the worst problem was the wp database… it had a lot of tables I manually had to remove, but there is still traces all over the installation, like user database part with roles and role capabilities…

Man you have really messed up our database.

Do you have any hints on how to remove all, or will we for ever have your s**t in our system. (The plugin might be good for them who it suits, but an uninstall was more a deactivate – did it through the wordpress managemnet system at start.)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your negative experience.
With regards to deleting, the tables are currently remaining in the database as some of the users are upgrading the plugin manually and do not want to lose the customers, schedule, and appointments data. In one of the next versions, we plan to add a checkbox to the settings which, when checked, would delete all plugin data when the plugin is deleted.
When you want to delete all the tables form DB and erase the plugin entirely there is foreign key check, make sure you have unchecked “allow foreign key checks”, this way all the tables will be deleted.
You can write to us at support@tms-outsource.com so we can “look from the inside” and help you.

    Best regards.
