Help please!

Hey guys.

Well I just set up a subdomain for my friend because her domain is down at the moment, I uploaded her wp back up (including sql database)
Only problem is, is that we can’t login to Wp Admin because all the wordpress links are still set to the domain that wp was previously installed on.

Is there any way to change the blog URL without having to log into WP Admin, like through FTP or cPanel?
