Hi @marketingwp, sorry to hear about that.
I viewed the page that you are referring to and yes, I see no popup in there. Could you please check out this documentation about My Popup Won’t Work – How Can I Fix It? https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/265-my-popup-wont-work-how-can-i-fix-it This might help you with your problem.
If you would like us to assist you further with your issue, you will need to escalate it directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/
Just let us know. Thank you.
I have reviewed this! – Now of the steps make sense.
I don’t want to diagnose.
Thanks
BTW I have reviewed this link. – My Popup Won’t Work – How Can I Fix It? https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/265-my-popup-wont-work-how-can-i-fix-it This might help you with your problem.
I could not diagnose the issue, I need some support with this one.
THIS IS NOT RESOLVED!!!
Please can someone help me here!?
@marketingwp – First, I hope you realize this is not a live support chat room, 4 escalating replies in the past 12 hours won’t cause us to reply any faster. We are here providing free support for a free product.
Further as @mariatogonon pointed out previously, if you needed further assistance we have dedicated support ticket system to ensure everyone gets a response.
After looking, the popup is not rendered on the pages html, which means it will most likely be related to one of those steps in the linked doc, in order:
#1 — Inspect the Popup Publication Status and Targeting Conditions– If you set up any targeting rules, remove them and retest, If you see the popup appear in the Popup Maker admin toolbar menu then you know conditions were misconfigured.
#3 — Inspect the Site Theme to Ensure That ‘wp_footer()’ is Loading
– If your theme is missing a call to wp_footer() our plugin and many others simply won’t work. That is where popups get rendered to the pages html, and where our JavaScript is loaded. Since I see no popups, if your popup doesn’t have any conditions, this is the first thing to check.
#4 — Inspect for Possible Plugin or Theme Conflicts
– Lastly if those issues don’t correct it it will end up being a conflict between a specific plugin/theme on your site causing issues in the footer where things are rendered. If a plugin errors there, the page will load fine from appearance, but will be missing anything supposed to load in the footer such as our popups or JS.
Generally due to our scale it would be one that is drastically less popular, new or premium only as nobody has reported an issue with that particular combination before.
As for
I don’t want to diagnose.
Though I can agree with the sentiment, its an unreasonable expectation. Your WP site is like a fingerprint and unique when compared to every other WP site. You mix and match potentially 10’s of thousands of plugin combinations, custom code, server configuration etc. We can and do write our code to be as compatible as possible but issues do come up when you have such infinite possibilities. As the site owner you are in the best position to debug an issue as you not only know what all is on your site, but also have full access to be able to test things.
Your only other options are to give us full access to your site, which we don’t want, and use only as a last resort due to liability implications. If that is the route we go though you absolutely MUST move this to a private email based ticket.
Try installing the Health Check plugin and then go to Plugins page and click the Troubleshoot link for Popup Maker, then retest, if your popup shows up in the sites code, then you know 100% another plugin or theme is involved.
Then you would still need to determine which one it is so we can then take that other one to our development sites and try to work out why its failing. 99% of the time we end up referring you to the other plugin or theme author with a solution in hand simply because we got tired of them saying it was on our end, when it usually isn’t.
We are happy to go down the rabbit hole with you, but it’s not gonna be a live chat, and your gonna have to take some initiative to help us help you.

Thank you for your reply.
I am using your plugin, that is causing an issue, I extended my reach for assistance. I was given a blog that I have read x3 times without resolution.
The feed was closed, hence my poor responses. – To my point: This was written and meant to be “I don’t know want to diagnose, I have tried the things in the blog post shared”
However I use the theme Avada which i’ve seen people use on youtube.. But I don’t know what else to do with regards with this plugin..
So I am currently at a loose end.
@marketingwp – To be fair we close all tickets when we responde because we direct the user to our dedicated support method. We do check these forums, but compared to our other channels they are not the highest priority.
If you check several of the topics on this forum where I responded you will see
Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin or support.
If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/.
Maria’s closing text is a bit different than mine, but you get the point. We pay for a premium ticket service (Help Scout) so that all tickets are reliably taken care of. We support free & paid users exactly the same and always have.
We mark them resolved here automatically so that we can easily track which have been handled and which haven’t. Again something our ticket system already does to ensure they all get responses.
HelpScout also integrates with all of our support tools like documentation and ecommerce/licensing system so we can provide optimal support quickly.
Most people don’t respond after I post that because they submitted a ticket and got the issue resolved pretty quickly, not required, but much faster.
Can you send me some screenshots of your plugin’s settings, specifically targeting.
Also if you move to email support and just send me a temporary login link I’d be happy to take a deeper look and try to work out where the issue is. I suggest using this plugin if so as its secure and self deleting: https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
