Support for HTML (span) tags in title?

I’ve got some titles that need to have HTML in them…

Some fancy title <span style="float: right;">$123,456.00</span>

Would put “Some fancy title” on the left, while allowing “$123,456.00” to float to the right on that same line.

Does your plugin have this capability?
