Hi,
To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the restoration log only?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
Please don’t paste the content of the log here. Instead, use an online tool (such as http://pastebin.com/ ) and paste the link here.
Best Wishes,
Bryle

I am very new to all of this and do not understand this jargon. What is FTP? And where do I find the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory? Is that in my WordPress dashboard somewhere? Can you give me the exact steps to find this log you need?

Hi @bubbles015,
Apologies for the late reply.
Please use your CPanel to get a copy of the restoration.
Login to your hosting account, go to your WordPress website directory and navigate to ‘wp-content/updraft’ folder. Please download all the .txt file within the folder, upload to cloud storage like Dropbox or Google Drive and share the link with us here.
Thanks,
Bryle

@bcrodua Where do I get to the CPanel??
I have been looking for an hour in my WordPress dashboard for the word “CPanel.” I don’t see it in there. Where do I find the CPanel?
Is my “hosting account” my wordpress? Or is it my siteground? I’m very confused about how to find this file that you need to help me.

Hi,
Yes, login to your hosting account. I have Googled and found this article – https://www.siteground.com/kb/how_to_access_cpanel/

@bcrodua I don’t see anything that says cpanel in Siteground. There is no “My Accounts Tab” and then “Cpanel” as the directions say in that link you sent. The only thing I could find that looks like some sort of code is the “raw Access log?” Is this what you need? Here’s the link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mapHGnj8nJ_Hv7ejNx-yPUj6CZVkt4vi_zTjEW-t8oU/edit?usp=sharing
I have even tried to put my url + 2082 at the end of it and my url + /cpanel at the end and it just comes up an error page on my screen.
I am so confused.

Hi,
Apologies for the delay.
Please see step 2 of our manual restoration guide here – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/i-want-to-restore-but-have-either-cannot-or-have-failed-to-do-so-from-the-wp-admin-console/
In your case, you only have to restore the “uploads” component since that is the file that contains the images.
I would also recommend asking help with your host/server admin on how to copy those files in the correct location.
Regards,
Bryle
